Corporate & Tourism Licensing

Bali Airport Protocol is a legally registered and fully licensed entity under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We believe in complete transparency regarding our legal standing.

  • Legal Entity: We operate as a Perseroan Terbatas (PT), the Indonesian equivalent of a limited liability company, under the parentage of Juara Holding Group.
  • Tourism Business License (TDUP): We hold a valid Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (TDUP) for tour and travel services, issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif).
  • Tax Identification (NPWP): Our company is registered with the Directorate General of Taxes and possesses a Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), ensuring full compliance with all national and local tax obligations.

Airport & Aviation Compliance

Our ability to operate seamlessly within I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is based on our strict adherence to the protocols set by aviation authorities.

  • Airport Authority Authorization: Our operations are fully authorized by PT Angkasa Pura I, the state-owned enterprise that manages the airport. Our Protocol Officers are issued with official airport passes that grant them access to restricted areas necessary to perform their duties.
  • Regulatory Adherence: We maintain a comprehensive and constantly updated internal manual of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with the regulations of the Directorate General of Immigration (Imigrasi), the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (Bea Cukai), and airport security (AVSEC).
  • IATA Standards: While we are not an airline, our operational procedures are informed by the best practices and standards set by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) for ground handling and passenger services.

Staff & Client Welfare

The safety and well-being of our clients and our team are our top priority.

  • Employee Insurance & Social Security: All our full-time employees are registered and covered by Indonesia’s national social security programs: BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (for employment, accident, and life insurance) and BPJS Kesehatan (for health insurance).
  • Comprehensive Liability Insurance: We carry a robust public liability insurance policy that covers our clients, staff, and operations, providing an essential layer of financial protection.
  • Emergency Protocols: Our team is trained in emergency response procedures, including medical emergencies and airport evacuation protocols. We have established communication channels with the airport’s medical clinic and security services.

Transport & Data Safety

  • Vehicle Safety Standards: Our fleet of vehicles and those of our partners undergo regular, mandatory safety inspections (Uji KIR). All vehicles are equipped with seatbelts for all passengers, first aid kits, and are tracked via GPS for real-time monitoring.
  • Driver Certification: All our drivers are professionally licensed, have passed defensive driving courses, and undergo regular background checks.
  • Data Privacy & Confidentiality: We operate in strict compliance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection. Client information, including travel details and personal data, is handled with the utmost confidentiality and stored on secure, encrypted servers.
