With over 18 years of experience working within the complex ecosystem of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, she possesses an unparalleled, ground-level understanding of its every process. Having managed premium services for Garuda Indonesia, she has cultivated strong, professional relationships with key personnel in Angkasa Pura I, Immigration (Imigrasi), and Customs (Bea Cukai). Dewi is responsible for our team’s rigorous training, ensuring every Protocol Officer is fully compliant with the latest airport regulations and security procedures.
